SHIPPING
All items are hand made, to order. Please allow 10-60 days for fabrication (unless notified otherwise). Shipping times vary based upon carrier and location. We will endeavor to keep you updated with relevant shipping information (ie. tracking numbers etc as required).
All items are non refundable for change of mind or incorrect purchase. Please make sure you carefully and correctly select the required items. We are more then happy to help you select the appropriate item for your application.
AT Performance uses a third party courier service.
We offer free pickup from our office by appointment only. Please be sure to contact us via email, facebook or telephone to arrange a suitable time. All items must be picked up within 14 days, unless prior arrangement is made, otherwise the item will either be re-sold or donated, and all amounts paid will not be refunded.
RETURNS
All items include a repair or replacement warranty, for time periods varying from 12 months to lifetime, depending on the item.
In the case you need to claim warranty, please contact us and we will organise the process for you. The item will be inspected and tested, and if it proves to be defective, the product will be fixed or replaced and shipped back to you at no charge. Unauthorized returns will incur a 20% restocking fee based on the current RRP.
In the event that a refund is authorized by AT Performance a 20% restocking fee of the total purchase price will be applied to cover packaging, if a product is returned damaged any repairs will be quoted and charged against the refund amount. All shipping charges are to be paid by the purchaser.
All refunds will be processed via PayPal only.
TERMS
All AT Performance products are designed for race use only and must be correctly fitted by licensed automotive professionals or an AT Performance certified installer. AT Performance is not liable for personal injury, death, or any damage whatsoever arising from any accident or incident where these conditions are not satisfied.
Surge tanks must not be pressurised. Pressurised tanks must use a minimum of AN-8 fittings. This will allow the fuel to return back to your fuel tank at the same rate that it is supplied.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is sufficient and suitable for your purposes, and meets your individual requirements. If you are unsure, please contact us.
